I offer a warm and non-judgemental space, in which I work in partnership with clients to enable them to be their most authentic and successful selves. I am supportive, but may offer challenge where it is helpful to identify blockers and shift unhelpful behaviours. I support clients to explore the challenges and opportunities of their working environment, particularly those that arise from the transitions of promotion, a new role or a return to work from a period of leave. I build awareness of clients’ strengths, values, areas of development, the leadership ‘shadow’ they cast and their impact on others. Together, we then identify what might need to shift to help them be happier and more successful, and how best to do this.
The coaching process dramatically increases self awareness, builds motivation for change and helps identify and resolve self-limiting beliefs and blind spots that are getting in the way.
As a result of working with me, my clients feel more confident in themselves, their impact and their direction, more able to balance their lives and work and, ultimately, are more content.
I usually offer 60 minute coaching consultations. These can be online (through a video platform) or in person in Kent/ London. I usually work with clients over a 3 - 6 month period, sometimes longer, at 2 - 4 week intervals. I offer an initial free 30 minute consultation so that you can find out if I’m the right coach for you.
