I offer facilitation for team events and away days. I have recently run sessions on authenticity, leadership at all levels, imposter syndrome and leadership under pressure. Sessions and workshops can be tailored to meet your organisational and team needs.
I offer group as well as one to one coaching, which can be a value for money alternative to individual coaching, with the added benefits of building cohorts, particularly of new or emerging leaders, and training those individuals in a coaching approach. Group coaching can also be an effective intervention to increase the effectiveness of existing Action Learning Sets.
